Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate our customers' needs, we have instituted the following cancellation policy: To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup time. All reservations cancelled more than 7 days in advance from vehicle pickup time will receive a full refund. All reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance from the vehicle pickup time will not receive a refund and will be charged for the full rental period. Rental Requirements:

• Be at least twenty-five (25) years old
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Valid bank-issued credit or debit card (no pre-paid debit cards) issued in their name
• Have a verifiable current email and physical home address
• Photocopies of driver's licenses are not accepted
• Learner's Permits are not accepted

Rental Return Grace Period:

Rentals have a grace period of 29 minutes. 

Extra day charges will be incurred at the 30-minute mark if the vehicle is returned more than 29 minutes past the original rental time. 

Rental Restrictions:

Moment vehicles may not be driven out of the United States.

Return Change Fee:

If you do not notify us of such a change, the Late Return Fee (maximum of 2 hours) will apply. Any late change/return notice past 2 hours will be charged the applicable full day rate.

Early Return:

Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle early.

Non-Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited in ALL Moment vehicles. A charge of $2000.00 can apply when smoking has occurred during the rental.

Offsite Delivery Fee:

Any delivery off site our rental facility will be subject to a $100.00 delivery fee added to each reservation.

Additional Driver Fee:

If you wish to add an additional driver to your reservation you will be charged $20 on a per day per person basis.

Age Requirements

You must be 25 years or older to rent a vehicle from Moment.  

Pet Policy:

At Moment, we understand that pets are often considered part of the family, and we want to accommodate you and your furry companions during your travels. However, to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our vehicles for all customers, we have established the following pet policy:

1. Advance Notification: Customers must inform us at the time of reservation if they plan to travel with a pet. This allows us to assign a suitable vehicle and prepare it accordingly.

2. Vehicle Selection: Certain vehicles within our fleet are designated as pet-friendly. Customers traveling with pets will be assigned one of these vehicles whenever possible. However, availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.

3. Pet Restraints: For safety reasons, pets must be secured in an appropriate pet carrier, crate, or restrained with a pet seat belt harness while inside the vehicle. Unrestrained pets are not permitted to roam freely within the vehicle.

4. Cleaning Requirements: Customers traveling with pets are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is returned in a clean and odor-free condition. Any excessive pet hair, stains, or odors will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.

5. Damage Liability: Customers are liable for any damage caused by their pets to the interior of the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, tears, or chewing damage to upholstery and interior surfaces. Any damage of such will be subject to a $2,000 damage fee. 

6. Exclusionary Pets: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, certain types of pets may be excluded from riding in our vehicles. This includes aggressive animals, exotic species, and those that are not commonly kept as household pets. Customers with service animals are exempt from this exclusion.

Refueling Charges:

Moment Luxury Vehicle Rental has three refueling options available to meet your needs: 

1. Fuel Purchase Option 

• Prepay the fuel in the tank at competitive local prices

• Return at any level

• NO REFUND FOR ANY UNUSED FUEL

2. Fuel and Service Charge  

• If you return the rental vehicle with less fuel than at the time of rent, and have not chosen the Fuel Purchase Option, we will service and refuel at $7.50 per gallon rate.

3. You refuel

• Return the vehicle with the tank at the same level as when rented.

Towing / Impound / Vehicle Fee:

If the vehicle is not returned to the designated return location you will be charged actual towing charges and you will be charged an additional fee to relocate, tow, or deliver the vehicle to the return location.
